Leaf Printing
This workshop explored how digital fabrication & natural crafting techniques could be used to design a canvas tote. Hosted at the West Houston Institute IDEAStudio makerspace. CNC stamp blocks were carved from student hand-drawn artwork. Canvas Totes were printed with direct-to-fabric transfer.

Flow Timer
Flow Timer is an adjustable hourglass prototype. Still in progress. To conduct time trials, I created temporary inserts using a laser cutter. Then I calculated the relationship between hole diameter & the time of completion. From those results, an iris mechanism was 3d printed.

Drawing Machine
The following photo gallery shows my general process in developing a spirograph inspired drawing machine, first producing a low-fidelity prototype in cardboard, then creating a final design in laser cut wood.
